Tuesday Ladies – sign up procedures
All tee times are set by computer. During Monthly Medal and similar competitions the draw will be based on handicaps. For all other Tuesdays it is a random draw. It is not possible to accommodate personal requests for specific tee times or playing partners. Exceptions are made under extenuating circumstances and approved by the executive committee.
1) To Attend a Weekly Competition by signing up on the website:
* You can sign up at least 3 weeks in advance.
* For special cup matches (e.g. Erwin 2 ball) sign up on paper sign up sheet in the locker room.
2) To Withdraw on the website:
* You can withdraw by midnight a week before the next Tuesday game. (After that you must call Reception Services (604-224 1818) by Monday 9:00 am prior to the Tuesday competition or you will be charged for the green fees).
3) To Check Your Tee time on the website:
* Click on “Tee times” located on the left hand column
* The Initial Draw is posted on a Thursday.
* The Final Draw is posted by noon Monday.
NOTE: Attendance is taken from scorecards submitted on the day of play. At this time the gametracker on the website is not accurate.
